How can Mindfulness help?

Mindfulness is the practice of focusing on the present moment and ignoring distractions. Some children can find this challenging.

I can offer mindfulness sessions. It could be what your child needs to help build the self-regulation skills needed to cope with life's challenges. These sessions include breathing exercises, short guided meditations and various activities, both indoor and outdoor. It's all about learning to live in the moment!
